1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to selected countries within the EU and EEA. Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to update or restrict shipping areas at any time.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on destination and shipping method:

  • Finland: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping fees are clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


5. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments within the EU, no additional customs duties apply.

For shipments outside the EU (if applicable), the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping costs caused by address errors may be charged to the customer.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost:

  • Contact us at info@365pow.com

  • We will assist in locating the shipment or determining next steps

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has been shipped.


9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and product

  • We will evaluate the claim and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate


10. Uncollected Packages

For packages that are not collected or refused by the customer:

  • Shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any refund

  • The order may be returned to us by the carrier
