Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email within 14 days from the date you received the product.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in original condition

  • All original packaging, protective elements, and accessories must be included

  • The product must show no signs of wear, use, or damage

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to:

  • refuse the return

  • or deduct a depreciation fee from the refund

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Used products

  • Hygiene-related items where the seal has been broken

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after use

Return Process

  1. Contact us by email before returning any product

  2. You will receive return instructions

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated

  4. The product must be returned securely packaged

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase

  • Shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned

Approved returns are refunded for the product value, excluding return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damage or issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

Uncollected Packages

For packages that are not collected or refused by the customer:

  • The customer may be charged for shipping and handling costs

  • Any refund will be issued minus these costs
